The gods of Rune have walked among mortals since the dawn of time, their powers tangible and their influence undeniable. But now, an ancient elven wizard named Lysander conspires to bring down these divine beings, beginning with Morvanna, the goddess of death.
Our heroes witnessed the first act of the Descendency - a divine paradox as Lysander somehow managed to kill the very goddess of death herself. With Morvanna fallen, the foundations of divine authority crumble, and Lysander begins his quest to harvest the powers of all gods.
Now, our party journeys across Rune to forge bonds with the remaining deities, hoping to empower them against Lysander's crusade while uncovering secrets of their own pasts that may be key to saving reality itself.
